- 2:18 a.m. Christopher Constine, 43, of Epping, was charged with assault. He was released on $10,000 bail.
- 3:48 a.m. A noise complaint was made on Center Street.
- 8:43 a.m. A crash was reported on Water Street.
- 2:16 p.m. Theodore Jagacki, 29, of South Berwick, Maine, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
- 4:57 p.m. A loose animal was reported on Center Street.

- 7:41 a.m. An animal complaint was made on Drinkwater Road.
- 10:57 a.m. A crash was reported at Exeter High School.
- 4:47 p.m. Theft was reported on Grove Street.
- 5:55 p.m. Theft was reported on Hampton Road.
- 8:39 p.m. Kaitlin Cook, 23, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant.
- 10:13 p.m. Rodney Gagnon, 48, of Brentwood, was charged with DWI—second offense. Bail was set at $5,000.
