Local Man Charged with Second DWI

An Epping man was also charged with assault.

Sun., April 7

  • 2:18 a.m. Christopher Constine, 43, of Epping, was charged with assault. He was released on $10,000 bail.
  • 3:48 a.m. A noise complaint was made on Center Street.
  • 8:43 a.m. A crash was reported on Water Street.
  • 2:16 p.m. Theodore Jagacki, 29, of South Berwick, Maine, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
  • 4:57 p.m. A loose animal was reported on Center Street.

  • 7:41 a.m. An animal complaint was made on Drinkwater Road.
  • 10:57 a.m. A crash was reported at Exeter High School.
  • 4:47 p.m. Theft was reported on Grove Street.
  • 5:55 p.m. Theft was reported on Hampton Road.
  • 8:39 p.m. Kaitlin Cook, 23, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant.
  • 10:13 p.m. Rodney Gagnon, 48, of Brentwood, was charged with DWI—second offense. Bail was set at $5,000.
