UPDATE: Phoebe Has Been Found
This dog was lost on March 7, 2016, in the Windemere neighborhood.
Quick update: Phoebe has been found and is home safe and sound. Thanks everyone for your help finding her.

EXETER, NH - The owners of this dog are asking for help. Phoebe was lost in Exeter on Monday afternoon. Its owner says that the family just moved from the Windemere neighborhood to Front Street. She escaped in the confusion Monday afternoon. She may be trying to get back to her old home so keep your eyes out wherever you are.
