Need to do your taxes but not sure where to start? Look no
further than the Newmarket Public Library for help. On March 19 from 2 to 7:30 p.m.,
representatives from AARP will be on hand to help. The program is geared for low and moderate income
people, with special preference for those over age 60. You can walk in or
schedule an appointment by calling the library at 659-5311.
If
you’re having trouble understanding new health insurance requirements,
Community Action Partnership will host an event on March 27th from 6 to 8 p.m. They will also host an event at Blaisdell Memorial Library (Nottingham) on March 5 from 6:30 to 8:30

If you’d like some help learning new technologies, one on one tutoring
is available for computers or E-readers. Just call or come in to make an
appointment.

If cabin fever is setting in, the library has a new museum pass – the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester http://www.currier.org/. In addition, the library has passes to the Children’s Museum in Dover and See Science Center in Manchester.
Would your school-aged child like the opportunity to hear a story? Thursdays at the Castle is just the thing. The story program, geared for students in grades one through five, will be held Thursdays at 4 p.m.

The library continues to host free movies on Friday nights. Features this month include: an animated classic, a mermaid wants to meet a human prince (rated G, 83 minutes, Feb. 28 at 6:30 p.m.); a superhero who must save the Nine Realms from the Dark Elves (rated PG-13, 112 minutes, March 7 at 6:30 p.m.); in antebellum United States, a free black man is abducted and sold into slavery (rated R, 134 minutes, March 21 at 6:30 p.m.); an animated feature, two children team up in an epic journey to find another girl trapped in an eternal winter (rated PG, 102 minutes, March 28 at 6:30 p.m.).
