Margaritas to Hold 25th Anniversary Party

Margaritas Mexican Restaurant continues its 25th anniversary celebration by launching two promotions this month.

The Mexican-inspired restaurant will host an anniversary party complete with retro music, prizes and trivia to celebrate the company’s founding in 1987. Margaritas will also offer a limited-time “Two for $25” menu offering classic entrees and delicious new offerings for participating guests.
 
The parties will be held simultaneously in the lounge at all Margaritas locations – including the one at 93 Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter – at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 30. Festivities will include $25 Margaritas gift cards given away hourly, trivia and social toasts throughout the night. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beads, glow necklaces and music from the ‘80s and ‘90s to commemorate the restaurant’s longevity. Margaritas fans are encouraged to meet up with old friends, share their Margaritas memories with the host and celebrate 25 years of great food, drinks and fun throughout the evening.
 
“For the past 25 years, our guests have been patting us on the back by packing our lounges on Friday and Saturday nights,” said John Pelletier, founder of Margaritas. “In return, we want to show our appreciation for their loyalty and support by throwing a 25th anniversary bash they’ll never forget.”
 
Also arriving this month is the new “Two for $25” menu, offering guests an appetizer and two entrees for just $25. The savory selection of appetizers includes the Chicken Baby Chimis, fresh Handmade Guacamole and a tasty new Queso Dip served with warm, crisp tortilla chips. Entrée choices include the Original Steak & Chicken Combo Fajita, Enchiladas Muchacha, Chicken Chimichangas and the new Pescado Horneado, featuring baked haddock with tomato salsa, a grilled avocado topped with pineapple salsa, served with Mexican rice.
 
The limited-time menu also features a new Silver Anniversary Margarita made with Jose Cuervo Tradicional Silver Tequila for $8.25. The “Two for $25” menu is available at the Exeter location starting this week.
