Mirsky: New Hampshire Wants Answers on the Michael Flynn Matter
We need answers about the involvement of American leaders with Russia.

Last week President Donald Trump’s National Security Advisor, General Michael Flynn, was forced to resign in a matter regarding his conduct in communicating with a high Russian official, before Trump had been inaugurated, about sanctions our country had imposed on Russia in response to the knowledge of American law enforcement authorities that Russian leader Vladimir Putin had interfered with the U.S. Presidential election in order to assist Trump’s chances of getting elected.
This is a matter of special interest to all Americans, and of course to the people of New Hampshire, who care deeply about our democracy and freedom.
President Trump has not explained the matter of Flynn’s conduct in any way. Trump’s only response has been to attack the news media, the American press. That is not typical conduct for an American President in dealing with the American people about an important issue. Rather, that is typical conduct for someone who has done something wrong.
