Mirsky's List: Tuesday's the Primary, so you gotta Vote!!!

This is your diligent reporter, Attorney David Mirsky of Exeter, NH, reporting for New Hampshire Primary Duty, in the last few days before the January 23, 2024, New Hampshire Presidential Primary. Here are some tidbits on what's in store for you in this bright sunshiny freezing cold New Hampshire Election 2024 season:

These are my thoughts.

The strongest candidates:

For the Republicans, Nikki Haley. For the Democrats, our current President, Joe Biden.

I will not overstep my position by saying too much about these people. But I do have a few comments.

About Donald Trump, the previous US President. If you are still believing what he says, you should question what you believe.

I just ask you to remember that Job Number One of a US President is to see that our laws are Faithfully Executed. See the US Constitution, Article II, Section 3. If you think Donald Trump is capable of handling that duty, I have to tell you, truthfully, I don't.

Donald Trump won the Iowa Caucuses, and is considered by many in the national news media to be the odds on favorite to win the Republican Nomination for President this year.

Aside from Donald Trump, Republican voters in New Hampshire have remaining at least two other choices, real candidates who would be viable in a general election and are not currently facing extreme legal peril. These are: 1. Nikki Haley, former Governor of South Carolina & former UN Ambassador for the United States (a position which requires the person to represent all of us before a world body, and to know what is going on in the world); and 2. Governor Ron DeSantis, who is currently a fairly effective governor of an extremely large and diverse State, you know, Florida. Florida is the place where the luckiest among us have the good fortune every year to visit and enjoy in the Winter. They have great beaches, warm ocean water, a very good NBA basketball team, and a dazzling array of wildlife, which you can observe on one of my favorite TV shows, "Secrets of the Tampa Zoo."

As for President Joe Biden, I would just like to point out, something to bear in mind, an incumbent US President does not need to run in the New Hampshire Primary. We already know him. No serious challenger has stepped forward to run against him.

However, despite that, Joe Biden is still involved in the 2024 New Hampshire Primary, because you can write his name in at the bottom of Democratic Primary ballot, and many Democrats are planning to do that.

So, Don't forget to Vote on Tuesday. The right to vote is one of our most precious rights as Americans. So make your own choice.
