Neighborhood Beer Co. Contracts Crow Construction to Build Exeter Brewhouse
Construction of German-style brewery underway. Completion scheduled for 2015.
(November 18, 2014 General contractor Crow Construction Corp. is renovating an existing 4,000 sq. ft. industrial space at 156 Epping Road into a brew house, fermentation cellar and public tap room.
Neighborhood Beer Company produces authentic German-style beers under the direction of internationally-renown, master-brewer Horst Dornbusch and owner/brewer Joe Berwanger. Brewing equipment occupies a 1,500 sq. ft. area; the tasting room is 1,000 sq. ft.
Construction is expected to by completed in 2015.
