New Exeter Restaurant Up for Approval

A new restaurant is in the works on Court Street.

Yvette Kuzirian, owner of Kingston-based Alouette Catering, wants to set up a "small, cozy" restaurant in the former Chef's Cottage at 115 Court St.

Kuzirian is scheduled to present her plan to the Zoning Board Tuesday during its 7 p.m. meeting at the Town Offices.

In an application to town officials, Yvette Kuzirian said it's been her "dream" to open a restaurant. She said she has plans for 10 to 12 tables and a takeout counter. The restaurant would be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week.
