Trader Joe's crew members were hard at work setting up the Newington store at the Crossings at Fox Run in Newington on Wednesday afternoon and the interior of the store looks nearly complete.
The new store is scheduled to at 8 a.m., but a few lucky Portsmouth area residents who happen to be friends and family members of Trader Joe's crew members will get to taste samples and tour today.
Bottles of wine lined the far left wall and signature Trader Joe's food items could be seen from outside the store stocked on wooden shelves and display tables. Access to the inside of the new store is extremely limited and is open right now to just Trader Joe's crew members.

According to a Trader Joe's crew member, friends and family members of crew members will able to attend a pre-opening event on Thursday, Sept. 6 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. But everyone else will have to wait until the store opens the next morning at 8 a.m.
