Newmarket and Attorney Barbara Loughman Defraud our Courts!
Lying to our state courts is never a good idea.
On January 30, 2019, Newmarket resident and former Newmarket School Board member Al Zink, lied to the Rockingham County Prosecutor’s Office Investigator’s.
Zink lied to investigators to protect the Newmarket School District and their Attorney, Barbara Loughman, from criminal prosecution after criminal allegations were filed against them in Rockingham County. .
The criminal allegations claimed both Loughman and the school district had committed perjury in both Rockingham Superior and NH Supreme Courts, concerning a Right-to-Know case.
In the Right-to-Know case, Loughman and the district repeatedly lied to the courts when they falsely informed the courts that the 2015 Superintendent Search Committee never met and that the nonpublic meeting minutes of the screening committee were sealed.

Loughman and the district told these lies to the courts to cover-up the fact that neither the search nor the screening committees kept any minutes of their meetings.
Lying to our courts is never a good idea. Public officials and attorneys lying to the courts is a very, very bad idea.

Making matters worse, the school district and Attorney Loughman have been actively engaged in seeking attorneys fees for being successful in their fraud and perjuries upon the courts. These actions constitute additional crimes by the district and attorney Loughman.
Former Newmarket Superintendent of Schools, Meredith Nadeau is also guilty of lying to the courts in these matters.
Nadeau lied to the courts concerning her redaction (completely blacked out) of approximately 13 thousand public documents related to the search and screening committees. These documents would have revealed the fraud, corruption, and crimes committed by Loughman and the district.
Nadeau's actions, in addition to perjury, constitutes obstruction of justice and fraud upon the courts.
And who is paying for the cover-up for all of these crimes by the district and Loughman? Newmarket taxpayers, that's who.
