Newmarket School District Attorney Barbara Loughman belongs in prison. She has committed perjury on many occasions in order to protect her client. However, lying to the Courts is never an appropriate way for anyone to conduct themselves, especially an attorney.
The lies: the 2015 Superintendent Search Committee consisting of AL Zink, Kim Shelton, Craig Dionne, and Clay Mitchell never held any meetings and the nonpublic meeting minutes of the 2015 Superintendent Screening Committee were sealed.
Facts: The Search Committee met on November 6th through the 8th. This fact is contained in Rockingham County Prosecutors investigation report. More importantly, this fact is memorialized at 7:50 and 13:05 of the school boards 12/17/2015 meeting available on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Irn3eskd6PA&t=1500s

As far as the Nonpublic meeting minutes, both Al Zink and Steve Fournier have stated the minutes were not sealed. They weren’t. And Greg Thayer and every other member of that committee who has remained silent on this issue while the Newmarket taxpayer has been footing the bill for legal fees to perpetuate the lies in court, shame on you bums!
Of course, Loughman should not go to prison alone. There are many in Newmarket who allowed the perjury to the Courts to continue over these past few years. At a minimum, Al Zink, Kim Shelton, Elizabeth McKinney, and Mike Kenison should join Loughman behind bars.

And there are also many bums in Newmarket, those who may not need to go to prison, but remained quiet when all along the knew the school district was lying to the Courts. Arlen Chaffee, Craig Dionne, Susan Givens, Merideth Nadeau, Nathan Lunney, Nancy Pagnotta, Penney Botterman, Patricia Ballantyne, and Greg Thayer are some of the biggest bums in Newmarket.
