Newmarket School District Attorney Barbara Loughman is perhaps the most reprehensible, unethical, and dishonest attorney in NH. These facts make her a perfect fit to represent the Newmarket school board, which may just be the most reprehensible, unethical, and dishonest school board in NH.

Given both Loughman and the school board represent and are paid by the residents of the town of Newmarket, and given Newmarket residents have been made fully aware of the misconduct engaged in by Loughman and the school district and have refused to take any action against Loughman or the school board, the town of Newmarket is perhaps the most reprehensible, unethical, and dishonest town in NH.
