Newmarket’s School Superintendent's Incompetence Costs Taxpayers
Newmarket Deserves a Competent Superintendent
Over these past many months, I have submitted made many Right-to-Know requests to Newmarket’s Superintendent of Schools, Susan Givens.
In all this time, Givens has never once responded to any of my requests. Not one. What she has done, however, is expended Newmarket taxpayer dollars by referring each and every one of my requests to School District Attorney Barbara Loughman.
I ascribe Given’s inability/unwillingness to respond to simple RTK requests to Incompetence; that, and she is attempting to coverup transgressions of the School District by engaging Attorney Loughman.

Givens and Loughman continue to this day to obstruct my RTK what Newmarket’s officials are up to. In doing so, they have again violated numerous provisions of RTK.
I will soon be filing a new lawsuit against the Newmarket, and the Newmarket taxpayer will be footing the bill once again lining Loughman’s pocketbook.
