Newmarket School District Defrauds our State Courts

The Newmarket School District, led by School Board Chairman Attorney Mike Kenison, along with Superintendent Susan Givens, and Attorney Barbara Loughman have been lying to our state courts over these past five years in order to cover-up violations of our state’s Right to Know laws. These lies constitute a fraud upon our courts and system of justice and cannot be condoned or justified.

As of this date, I cannot provide a complete tally of tall of the legal fees and other costs to Newmarket taxpayers concerning this issue, but trust me...they have wasted many, many tens of thousands of Newmarket taxpayer dollars to cover up their law violations and other crimes.

The people of Newmarket are not the only victims of these outrageous, unethical, and illegal activities committed by those above. The School District has been attempting to defraud (steal) funds from me and my family (more crimes) with their lies to the courts. The expense to the courts and prosecutors involved must also be considered.

Not one bit of this should ever have been allowed to happen. School district Attorney Barbara Loughman is the only one who has benefited from all of these lies and fraud by receiving enormous sums of money from Newmarket taxpayers in defending the lies.

On July 8th, 2019, I did the right thing. After being sworn to tell the truth in Rockingham Superior Court, I informed the Court that Attorney Loughman (who was in the court representing the district) was a liar! Of course district officials also were lying to the court.

In the coming days, I will be providing Newmarket with more updates and information concerning all of this.
