Newmarket School District Election Concerns
Botterman, Smith, and Wieselequest do not deserve your votes!
Newmarket School District Elections are fast approaching and School District Clerk, Penney Botterman is, once again, running unopposed for the position; I find this very disappointing.
This is because Penney Botterman has disqualified herself from serving in this position.
While Newmarket taxpayers have been footing the bill for legal fees etc. over the past five years concerning the 2015 superintendent search process, Botterman stood by and said nothing when she knew all along that the school district and Attorney Loughman were lying to prosecutors and our state courts.
Botterman knew all along that the Search Committee did meet in early November 2015 and that the nonpublic meeting minutes of the screening committee were not sealed yet she said nothing!

While Botterman’s reelection is a given, I will soon be seeking her removal from public office for violations of ethical standards.
Two others are seeking re-election in Newmarket who should not be: Martie Smith and Jennifer Wieselquest.

While neither of these two current members of the school board where on the board when the bulk of the fraud and lies began, they were members when a new case was heard in Rockingham Superior Court where the lies were retold, and also when I recently appealed the case to the NH Supreme Court, yet they remained silent. Their silence speaks volumes as to their lack of integrity. This is true because the record clearly shows school district officials lied and they have access to the record.
Newmarket deserves so much better!
