Newmarket deserves so much better...

When it comes to public officials, public employees, and officers of the court (attorneys), honesty, integrity, and lawfulness, are all supposed to be prerequisites for obtaining and retaining such important and coveted positions.

Unfortunately, and to the detriment of our society, there are some individuals who have demonstrated through their illegal and unethical actions their unworthiness to serve in such high and privileged positions, yet they continue to do so. This fact is wholly unacceptable to me and should be to every voter and taxpayer.

It has now been more than two years since I first filed criminal allegations of perjury, obstruction of justice and falsification against the Newmarket School District and their attorney Barbara Loughman with the Brentwood PD and Rockingham County Prosecutors office. I have since filed a subsequent criminal complaint against the district and Loughman regarding additional false statements made to the Rockingham Court.

Today, I currently have a civil case ( a related but different case) against the district that has been filed with the NH Supreme Court. In this matter, the district and Loughman have once again committed perjury.
