Newmarket Superintendent of Schools Evaluation Hoax

Newmarket, NH School Board members Mike Kenison, Kim Shelton, Elizabeth McKinney, Gary Swanson, and Amy Tilton are in the process of evaluating Superintendent Susan Givens.

To this end, the School Board is involving the school and local communities by soliciting their opinions of Givens job performance.

Fact: any solicitation of community members regarding Givens performance is nothing more than window dressing. The School Board is going to give Givens glowing recommendations no matter what the community has to say.

This is true because Given’s and every member of the School Board are all in bed together (metaphorically) regarding their illegal and unethical actions.

First, the actions of Given’s and Kenison regarding the removal and “reassignment” of former high school principal Mazzone was unethical and in violation of the law. These fraudulent actions by Givens and Kenison now belong to every member of the board who have all dishonored their oaths of office by turning a blind eye to what took place.

Second, and most important, Givens and every member of the Newmarket School Board are complicit in the perpetration of a fraud upon our courts. Perjury, conspiracy to commit perjury and falsification of public records are all huge crimes.

Every member of the School Board knows the 2015 Superintendent Search committee consisting of Al Zink, Kim Shelton, Craig Dionne, and Arlen Chaffee met as a committee on November 6th through the 8th, 2015, as revealed in school board meeting minutes and audiovisual recording.

They also know there are no sealed nonpublic meeting minutes of the 2015 Screening Committee meetings, yet, these bums are willing to disgrace themselves and Newmarket by remaining silent as the case moves forward to the NH Supreme Court.

Swanson and Tilton are now implicated, along with their fellow school board bums, in perjury, and conspiracy to commit perjury. Congratulations.

Newmarket residents continue to allow their publicly elected bums to open their wallets to pay for the illegal actions of their elected bums. So be it. When the dam breaks and these public officials are held accountable, perhaps Newmarket residents will pay for those legal fesses as well.
