Newmarket Town Officials In Court on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
Violations of Right-to-Know, Tampering with Public Records, and lying to the Court Alleged.
Dear Newmarket Citizens,
I will be at the Rockingham Superior Court on Thursday, March 28th at 9 AM where I will make my case against Newmarket Town Officials and their Legal Council.
Below are my allegations against Newmarket. I will be asking the Court, among other things, to remove every member of the Town Council and Town Manager from office for their many bad acts.

Newmarket Town Councilors violated numerous provisions of NH RSA 91-A when they discussed, deliberated, and approved a settlement agreement through email exchanges with legal counsel outside of any public or non-public meeting.
That these violations by Newmarket were done deliberately to hide the discussions, deliberations, and approval of the agreement from public scrutiny.

That the Town Council, Town Manager, and legal counsel have been untruthful and misled the Office of the RTK Ombudsman and this Honorable Court in denying the violations and hiding public documents from inspection.
That Town Manager Stephen Fournier knowingly falsified a public document when he signed the settlement agreement without any legal right to do so and which he knew was approved by the Town Council in violation of RSA 91-A.
That Newmarket Town Councilors, Town Manager, and Legal Counsel purposefully, knowingly, and illegally concealed the votes of the Town Councilors' approval of the settlement agreement from inspection under the pretense of Attorney Client-Privledge, and in doing so, violated several provisions of NH RSA 641.
That the Town Council, Town Manager, and Legal Counsel filed a breach of contract lawsuit with the court in bad faith to obstruct justice and hide the town's violations of law.
That through all of their many bad acts, the members of the Newmarket Town Council and Town Manager have violated their oaths of office and should be removed from office.
Lastly, through their many bad acts, every member of the Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella law firm who has taken part in these lawsuits, be found to have violated the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys and should be disbarred from practicing law.
