Newmarket's Swanson and Tilton must Act Now!
Newmarket Must Address Corruption Allegations!
Newmarket’s two newest School Board members, Gary Swanson and Amy Tilton cannot be given one week, one month, or one year to address the fraud, corruption and unethical behavior which has caused so much turmoil for Newmarket over these past months and years. Apathy is not what Newmarket voted for when they elected these two school board members.
Newmarket residents need to know now if Superintendent Givens and School Board Chairman Mike Kenison perpetrated a fraud on the people by removing Mazzone and re-assigning him as the town’s facilities director, a position he is not qualified or certified for, and in doing so, if they misappropriated public funds to pay for this position.
Swanson and Tilton owe the people of Newmarket to publicly ask Givens and Kenison if there was a vote by the school board authorizing the appointment of Mazzone to his new position; If the board voted to create this position; and where the money came from to pay for this position?

Concerning Mr. Mazzone’s new contract, Swanson and Tilton need to publicly ask Givens and Kenison if and when the board voted to approve the contract; why the contract was signed by Mazzone on January 9th, 2020, but tot signed by Kenison until February 29, 2020; and why, as reported by Attorney Loughman, is there a different contract for Mazzone currently being circulated?
Concerning the lawsuit currently before the NH Supreme Court filed by Mr. Clay, as well as the criminal allegations he filed against School District Attorney Barbara Loughman and the School Board, actions which have cost Newmarket taxpayers untold amounts of money: School District Policy requires board approval for out of the ordinary legal representation, when did the board vote to authorize Attorney Loughman to represent the school district in these matters? When did the school board ever meet to discuss these lawsuits and criminal allegations?

These are just some of the questions Swanson and or Tilton need to ask Givens and Kenison.
The people of Newmarket, those paying the bills, need to know if Given’s, Kenison, McKinney, and Shelton have been acting unethically and illegally and spending taxpayers dollars in order to cover-up the illegal actions of certain board members.
