That’s why you can see and hear just about every important candidate for President of the United States here in New Hampshire over the summer. But behind the scenes of the political parties in New Hampshire there are a few very high-powered intellectuals such as Gary and Lenore Patton who keep everyone informed and generally lead the way in terms of who eventually gets chosen to run on the Democratic ballot for a given political office.
So what I’m telling you is that Gary Patton in particular is a very important man. His political writings have been extremely influential in New Hampshire politics, and he is someone you should hear as a speaker as well, because he has a great, dry, wry sense of humor and a very serious understanding of what is really going on in New Hampshire and American politics.
