Open Letter to the Newmarket, NH Educators

Newmarket Students, Teachers, and Community Deserve a Non-Corrupt School Superintendent and School Board. Today, This is Not the Case!

Dear Newmarket Educators,

Public school educators deserve to work for educational leaders who demonstrate honesty and integrity, sadly, this is not the case in Newmarket. Dr. Susan Givens and members of the Newmarket School Board are very bad actors. These bums have disgraced themselves and the entire Newmarket community.

Criminal allegations against Susan Givens and the Newmarket School Board have been filed with the NH Attorney General's office and an investigation is ongoing. Additionally, I have filed public corruption allegations against the Newmarket School Board with the Attorney General's Office of Public Integrity seeking their removal from office.

Newmarket School District officials have, and continue, to engage is in criminal, unethical, and immoral activities, including perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, extortion. and other reprehensible acts.

In an attempt to hide these criminal and unethical acts, the school district has committed additional crimes and unethical acts. By engaging in these unlawful and disgraceful acts, the Newmarket school district has disgraced itself, the Newmarket professional teaching staff, every Newmarket student, and the entire community.

The fraud and corruption taking place by Givens and the School Board can and will reflect poorly on every educator in the district. My advice to every Newmarket Educator is to leave the Newmarket School District Immediately.

It’s important to know that I have also filed criminal allegations against Newmarket school district attorney, Barbara Loughman, with the state, alleging perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, extortion, etc.

The students in the Newmarket district deserve better…the teachers deserve better…the administrators deserve better…Newmarket deserves better!

Jeffrey Thomas Clay, M.Ed.
