Open Letter to the Newmarket, NH School Board
Gary Swanson, Amy Tilton, Phil Nazzaro, Andrew Haemker, and Dan Smith.
Each day that passes without the Newmarket School Board removing interim superintendent of schools Todd Allen for his unethical, immoral acts, the greater the shame you bring upon yourselves, the teaching staff, students, and the entire Newmarket Community.
The problem here is the fact that the Newmarket School Board, under the leadership of past chairmen of the boards, Mike Kenison, Kim Shelton, and Nathan Lunney, and current chairman, Gary Swanson, are all equally as guilty as superintendents Givens and Nadeau.
Public officials and servants have a duty and responsibility to act in all matters with integrity and honesty and to report those who would violate their oaths of office by committing crimes and other reprehensible acts. Up until this point, Newmarket school district officials and servants have failed to live up to these ideals and responsibilities.
The Newmarket School Board, past and present, along with superintendent Givens and former superintendent Nadeau, conspired to perpetrate frauds upon New Hampshire Courts in order to cover up violations of RSA 91- (Right-to-Know Law). I include the current board because you are all very well aware of the allegations and you know the truth. Yet, you allow the lies and denials to continue.

Newmarket taxpayer's funds have been misappropriated in order to cover up crimes committed by school board members and school superintendents. Crimes against the state and me and my family have been committed by Newmarket officials. These unethical, immoral, and criminal acts must be investigated.
