Open Letter to Newmarket, NH Town Council

Newmarket Town Officials Al Zink and Steve Fournier should be removed.

Dear Councilors,

On April 21, 2021, Newmarket Town Manager Steve Fournier sent an email to each of you concerning me. In this email, Mr. Fournier intimated to you that I was subjecting him and the chief of police to abuse, among other things. I now respond to his false assertions.

I have not abused anyone. On the contrary, I have been abused by Newmarket public officials. I also remind you all that open government is vital to a democratic society. If I make requests to inspect public records, not only is this my right, it's my responsibility.

I have been reporting the unethical, immoral, and criminal actions of certain Newmarket public officials for several years now. I will continue to report these bad acts by corrupt Newmarket public employees and officials, most likely, for the remainder of my life.
As Newmarket residents, I am certain you all personnel know most, if not all, of these bad actors. They include but are not limited to, Al Zink, Steve Fournier, Gary Swanson, Mike Kennison, Kim Shelton, Susan Givens, Meredith Nadeau, and every school board member for the past 7 years.

These corrupt public officials and employees have been engaged in perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, falsification, and other bad acts or the covering up of these acts since 2015.
The purpose of this letter (email), however,
is to call your attention to Al Zink and Steve Fournier.

Al Zink lied to Rockingham County Prosecutors during his interview with them regarding criminal allegations I had filed with the RCPO. Mr. Zink's lies moved through NH Courts, including the NH Supreme Court. These lies have brought disgrace to Newmarket and cost Newmarket taxpayers many tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars.

Al Zink’s actions have disgraced himself, Newmarket, and the public trust. Zink is a corrupt public official and human being and should not be allowed to ever serve in any position of trust. I am asking you to immediately remove him from any and all public boards or commissions he currently serves on.

Steve Fournier is wrong for Newmarket. Mr. Fournier has known the truth all along and refused to take action which could have saved Newmarket many tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars. He could have honored his oath of office and state laws and rules, but he chose not to.
Mr. Fournier's actions have disgraced himself, Newmarket, and the public trust and he should not be allowed to ever serve in any position of trust. I am asking you to immediately remove him as town manager.

I have evidence that I will gladly provide to you should you desire to know the truth. I am guessing, based upon all the public corruption I have been witness to in Newmarket, I will never hear back from you.

Jeffrey Thomas Clay, M.Ed.
