An open letter to Newmarket School District Attorney Barbara Loughman

Dear Attorney Loughman,

Today you informed me that Newmarket Interim Superintendent of Schools, Todd Allen, does not have to personally respond to my Right-to-Know Request to inspect the alleged sealed meeting minutes of the 2015 superintendent screening committee. You are wrong.

Prior to my making the request to inspect the alleged sealed meeting minutes, I informed Mr. Allen that there were no sealed minutes. That you personally lied to both the Rockingham and Nh Superior Courts on behalf of the school district when you claimed these minutes were sealed.

I further explained to Mr. Allen that you used this lie, along with the lie that the 2015 superintendent search committee never met, to shield the school district from violations of RSA 91-A by both committees because neither of these committees kept any minutes at all.

I further explained to Mr. Allen that you personally lied to the courts in order to exhort nearly six thousand dollars of my money.

Fact: You have now brought Mr. Allen into your web of lies and unethical, immoral, and illegal behavior.

Fact: Not one school district official has ever said the 2015 screening committee sealed the minutes of their meetings. In fact, Steve Fournier and Al Zink have both gone on the record stating the minutes were not sealed. Yet you continue to obstruct justice by not allowing Mr. Allen to respond.

Todd Allen absolutely has a moral, ethical, and legal obligation to respond to my Right - to - Know requests. He also has the ethical, moral, and legal obligation to investigate my allegations against you and other corrupt Newmarket School district officials.

Tomorrow morning I will be filing new criminal allegations against both you and Mr. Allen alleging violations of RSA 641.

The number of lives you have caused grief to with your unconscionable behavior is sickening. The very knowledge that you are an officer of the court is grotesque.
