The owner of the Red Iguana in East Kingston said his business is staying put as the property sits on the market.
"Please do not be concerned," Mario Herrera said. "We are not going anywhere ... thanks to you we will be around for a long time.
Herrara said the property at 89 Main St. is for sale.
He said he's also planning on building a second location in Epping.
The Red Iguana serves Mexican food.
