A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Portsmouth Avenue Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened near Graham Tire and Auto at about 3:15 p.m.
Emergency crews were on scene preparing to load the victim into an ambulance. The condition of the victim was not immediately known.
