Phil Nazzaro Must Stand and Fight Public Corruption in Newmarket!
Can one man of integrity make a difference? We will soon see.
Dear Phill Nazzaro,
As I certainly believe you are aware, public officials may receive legal advice in a "non-meeting" with legal counsel.
I am also certain you understand that public officials may NOT discuss or take any action in a non-meeting with legal counsel (see Ettinger).

RSA 91-A :3 provides a non-pubic session or public session is where all discussions and actions by public officials must take place, including discussing legal advice.
Superintendent Givens, along with your new fellow school board members, have been violating the law by discussing the people's business and taking action outside of public meetings in so-called "non-meetings" with attorney Barbara Loughman.

The actions of Givens and your fellow board members described above have not only been unlawful, unethical, and immoral, they have violated the public trust.
Please do not violate the law. Report your knowledge of any and all violations of RSA 91-A to the Attorney General. This is what you have sworn to do.
I am looking forward to seeing how you interact with Givens and your fellow board members. Remember, these people have been engaged in serious crimes against the state and have committed numerous unethical and immoral acts.
If Attorney Loughman and her law firm are not immediately replaced, and if you do not call for an independent investigation into the allegations of public corruption by Givens and the school board, I will know the voters of Newmarket have made another mistake.
All of this I say to you because you are aware of all that has taken place. You are aware of the lies, obstruction of justice, extortion, falsification in official matters, and other crimes and unethical acts committed by Givens and others.
You must take a stand against this public corruption which has caused so much harm to so many. This will take every bit of fortitude you possess because the guilty are your friends and neighbors. But take a stand you must.
Regards,
Jeffrey Thomas Clay, M.Ed.
