It appears the has some new tenants – in the form of three certain stooges.

Life-size cutouts of Moe, Curly, Larry – the famous Three Stooges – are propped up at the front doors of the historic theater.

The Exeter Theater Company is currently holding a to support the theater's revival. The Ioka has been closed since last year when the formed owner .

The theater company has received from the community so far for the revival effort. Check back to Exeter Patch tomorrow for an update on the group's progress.

The theater company has held to gather ideas of what should be screened at the Ioka once it's reopened. One suggestion was to screen Three Stooges films.

Coincidentally, a Three Stooges remake will appear in theaters next month.
