Alicia Rossman, RDN, RYT, Reiki Master, has been practicing yoga for 9 years. Alicia studied under Hannelore Moebius, graduating from the Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Program. Alicia has a Bachelors degree in Nutritional Science and recently became a Registered Dietitian. Alicia is a ChildLight Yoga Certified Instructor and Yogaminded Certified Instructor for Teenagers. Alicia studied with Lisa Rockenmacher to become a Reiki Master. Her practice began when she was in high school. She enjoyed the benefits of movement, meditation and savasana. Yoga is a great compliment to her love for golf, kayaking, and other activities. Alicia has worked with children for 8 years in classrooms and libraries. She cooks with children in schools and libraries across the state, teaches yoga, and directs Let’s Get Movin’! Exploration Camp. She loves working with children and inspiring them to follow their dreams and reach for the stars! Alicia also enjoys teaching adult classes and classes for seniors to help them maintain strength, flexibility, and balance for activities of daily living. Alicia has a cooking show on Exeter Public Television called Live Free and Cook and recently authored “Miss Lyla’s Banana Pancakes to the Rescue!”
