Police: Drunk Exeter Woman Drove on Wrong Side of Street
Jessica Jones was also driving at night without her headlights on, police said.

An Exeter woman was charged with drunk driving after police said she was driving the wrong way on a Manchester street last week.
Jessica Jones, 24, was also charged with disorderly conduct for refusing to cooperate during a field sobriety test, police said.
Police said an officer stopped her vehicle Dec. 13 at about 1 a.m. after her vehicle was driving the wrong way on Pine Street and had no headlights on.
Two passengers in the vehicle were also charged. Jones' brother, Jonathan, 28, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Samantha O'Donnell, 20, of Methuen, Mass. was charged with underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Police said the refused to obey commands and were belligerent and boisterous.
"The uncooperative, disruptive behaviors demonstrated by all three continued after they were transported to police headquarters," police said in a statement.
