'Dangerous' Prisoner Escapes Police in Exeter

Police are looking for a man who somehow escaped police custody with two pairs of handcuffs on.

Police said they are looking for 22-year-old Ryan Fogg, who was wearing a hospital gown after he ran away from police at . He was reportedly at the hospital for medical reasons. He is described as 5'10" tall, 150 pounds, with white shoes and a tattoo that reads "BUBBA."

Exeter Police established a perimeter around the hospital to try and catch him. About a half-dozen state police cruisers – along with a state police K-9 unit – are currently at Exeter Hospital helping Exeter Police search for the man. A helicopter is also participating in the search.

According to emergency radio broadcasts, police said Fogg is considered dangerous. Residents are being urged to lock their doors.

He was last spotted running behind the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Hampton Falls Road, and police are staging there. Additional officers are now being called in from surrounding communities as well.

Fogg lives in Seabrook. In May, he was arrested in Salisbury, Mass. on a pair of warrants, according to the Newburyport Daily News. The newspaper also reported that Seabrook Police charged Fogg with violating an abuse prevention order on June 22, and that Salisbury Police issued him a summons four days later for the same charge. He also showed up in a Daily News court log back in April. He had been charged with four counts of forgery by Seabrook Police, but all four were not prosecuted. He was also arrested in February on three outstanding bench warrants. On Nov. 16, 2010, he was also arrested in Seabrook on a charge of being a fugitive from justice, according to Seacoastonline. In August of 2009, he was charged by Seabrook Police with criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention.

Fox News is reporting that police believe Fogg may be meeting up with his cousin, Tiffany Poulin, of Salisbury. The television station said she is believed to be driving a black BMW with Massachusetts license plate 244GS6.
