Police: Seacoast Mom Had Children Drink Bleach

A Seabrook woman intentionally made her two children drink bleach, according to police.

Wendy Wright, 33, of 15 True Rd., Seabrook was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree assault. She faces up to 30 years in prison.

Wright on Friday was being treated at a Boston hospital. 

Arrangements for the care and custody of the children have been made through Family Court, authorities said.

Wright and two of her children, aged 6 and 7, were originally transported to the hospital on June 18 following a medical emergency call at their True Road home. Seabrook Police opened an investigation, but didn't release any details about the nature of the incident until now.
