Police Searching for Missing NH Teen

UPDATED: Eli Longa, 14, of Newmarket, went missing yesterday but is safely home.

NEWMARKET, NH — Police in Newmarket are asking for the public’s help finding a teenage boy who has been missing since around 4 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2016. Eli Longa, 14, is 5 feet, 10 inches, to 6 feet tall, and weighs around 150 lbs. with a slender build. The ninth-grader has dark brown hair. Police say he might be wearing glasses. Eli was last seen wearing a blue and yellow polo shirt with a zip-up black and red hoodie over it. He was also wearing light colored shorts. Eli may also have a black or orange-black backpack. They made the announcement on Facebook that he was missing around 7:30 p.m. tonight.

We ask that anyone with information of his whereabouts or anyone who may see him contact the Newmarket Police Department at 603-659-6636.

UPDATE, 8:39 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2016: According to Newmarket Police, Eli Longa has been located safe and sound and they are in the process of reuniting him with his family.
