PSA by Exeter High Graduate Appears on 'Colbert Report'
Kevin Gendron's "Stand Up, Step Forward" spot seeks to spread awareness of child abuse.
A public service announcement produced by Exeter High School graduate Kevin Gendron aired during Tuesday night's episode of "The Colbert Report."
The PSA, titled "Stand Up, Step Forward," seeks to spread awareness of child abuse. It was produced in association with the National Children's Alliance. The spot stars Portsmouth's Elle Shaheen, who plays a victim. The teacher in the PSA is played by Constance Witman, of Newfields.
Gendron is a freshman at Syracuse University.
