Ready, Set, Go! - An all-levels cross-training program tailored to the needs of runners and walkers. You’ll be guided through a bodyweight and resistance training routine to strengthen your core and target the lower body joints and muscles that are critical when running and walking.
Ready, Set, Go! is TUE 5-6 PM. Drop-in rate: $8 per class or $35 for a 5-pack of classes.
