Rockingham Planning Commission Community Survey - Voice Your Thoughts!

The Rockingham Planning Commission (RPC) is currently updating the regional master plan and is actively seeking input from residents in our region* in southeastern NH. We are conducting an online community survey to gather community members’ thoughts on a variety of topics, including land use, transportation, economic development, natural resources, climate change and energy, and historical resources. The online survey is one of several ways the RPC is gathering public input to be reflected in the regional master plan update. Additional input is being gathered through local master plans, public meetings, focus groups, telephone survey, online forum, and by our municipally-appointed Commissioners.

We encourage you to take the survey below to ensure that your thoughts about the future of the region are heard. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The preparation and adoption of our regional plan fulfills a statutory requirement of regional planning commissions as established in RSA 36.The plan, which is advisory in nature, serves two main functions: (1) to establish a set of goals, findings and recommendations about future development in the region, and (2) to serve as a resource document for communities when developing their local master plans.
