Portsmouth, NH. October 23, 2013—Seacoast Sports Clubs (“SSC”), the parent company of four multi generational full-service fitness facilities in the seacoast, is excited to announce a special presentation of FBT60 (Fit By Tennis in 60 days) on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 1:30-3:00PM, at SSC’s Great Bay facility located at 191 Exeter Road in Newmarket, New Hampshire.

The free program for tennis and non tennis player alike will be presented by Stan Oley, creator of the FBT60 program and the Product Marketing Specialist for Playmate Ball Machines. Oley has coached tennis for more than twenty two years and is a sought after presenter for the U.S. Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) conventions and Professional Tennis Registry International Symposiums.
Oley created a series of ball machine drills focused on constant motion by the player while practicing a wide variety of shots. These drills are designed to improve strength and fitness and will preserve the integrity of strokes while working on footwork and movement.
“You don’t have to be a tennis player to perform the drills, just someone wanting to get a great workout,” said SSC-Great Bay executive tennis director Anthony Sillitta. “Players can make the drills as strenuous as they want--the drills give the person tired of the elliptical or treadmill another option for a tremendous workout as well as give seasoned players a great way to increase their fitness and endurance.” The session is free, but registration is required.
