Sheriffs Arrest Man for Rape, Burglary, Assault

Sunday, Dec. 1

Brian Michael Skelton, 34, of 2 South Ave., Derry was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear for arraignment on a heroin possession charge.

Monday, Dec. 2

Andrew D. Mondi, 26, of 34 Blanchard Road, Wilmington, MA was arrested on a judge’s order for violating probation on a burglary charge.

Giovanni Rossi, 18, of 12 Lawrence St., Derry was taken into protective custody for intoxication.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

Matthew Charles Pedersen, 28, of 17 Andover Road, Beverly, MA was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear for arraignment on a heroin possession charge.

Robert Joseph Merrill, 23, of 32 Muddy Pond Road, Kensington was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to pay legal fees.

Jason Brandon Haney, 31, of 233 Prescott Road, Peterborough was charged with operating with a suspended registration, driving after revocation or suspension and unsafe lane change.

Wednesday, Dec. 4

Jose Gabriel Delgado, 24, of 26 Hobson St., Apt. #1st F, Lawrence, MA was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear at a probation hearing related to a theft charge.

Salvatore James Pennellatore Jr., 31, of 34 Concord St., Manchester was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear for a review hearing on a second degree assault charge.

Thursday, Dec. 5

Anthony Michael Alessio, 23, of 99 Hanover St., Manchester was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to pay legal fees.

Susan L. Pignato, 51, of 1 Linden Fields, Exeter was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear for arraignment on an obtained controlled drug charge.

Timothy John Currier, 31, of 125 Windham Road, Derry was arrested on a judge’s order for one count of theft and two counts of unfair or deceptive act.

Robert Winterson, 56, of 4 Line Road, Bedford was arrested on a judge’s order for theft.

William Stevens, 32, of 45 Priest Road, Nottingham was arrested on a judge’s order for possession of heroin.

Gordon Stuart Dalrymple Jr., 61, of 27A Ash St., Londonderry was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear in small claims court.

Deric Paul Faro, 28, of 9 Inman St., Lawrence, MA was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear on a receiving stolen property charge and on one count of theft, one count of theft by deception and four counts of receiving stolen property.

Marcia Rae Pavlovic, 41, of 8 Western Ave., Apt. #A-3, Dover was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear on a theft charge and for operating after revocation.

Ryan David Oliver, 22, of 2 Strouts Trailer Park, Exeter was arrested on a judge’s order for violating probation on a heroin sales charge.

Briana Lynn Beaucage, 29, of 418 Lilac Lane, Dover was arrested on a judge’s order for failure to appear on a theft charge and for criminal mischief.

Jeffrey Adam Grey, 32, of 70 Centre St., Concord was arrested on a judge’s order for outstanding court fees related to a cocaine possession charge.
