Sheriffs Arrest Mass. Man On Forgery Charge

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Jared T. Roberts, 28, of Railroad Street in Lancaster, was arrested on June 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a motion to revoke hearing on an original charge of possession of heroin.

Daniel Hiciano Delvi De Leon, 31, of Tenney Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of forgery of checks.

Richard J. Ouellette, 52, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, was arrested on June 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probably cause hearing for bail revocation or a possession of heroin charge. He was arrested again on June 13, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Daniel D. Torres, 31, of May Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 12, 2017, on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Massachusetts.

Scott A. Lessard, 28, of Henriette Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea sentencing hearing on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Kenneth Henriquez, 43, of Salem Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 9, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Kandi M. Williams, 35, of Orange Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

James R. Slater, 27, of Lowell Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on June 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of receiving stolen property and on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant on a def sentence reviewing hearing.

Marilyn R. Haase, 22, of 2nd Street in Sandown, was arrested on June 5, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Robert F. McDonald, 31, of Lake Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on June 5, 2017, on a bench warrant for receiving stolen property.
