Sheriffs Arrest Teen on Knife Threat Charges

Derry man arrested on heroin, forgery charges, Portsmouth woman arrested on theft charge, Mass. woman arrested for second-degree assault.

BRENTWOOD, NH - The following people were arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs recently.

James D. Smith, 19, of Old Centre Road in Deerfield, was arrested on May 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea hearing on a criminal threatening with a knife charge and failure to appear at a criminal threatening with a knife charge.

Sarah L. Newcomb, 28, of Rosegate Farm Drive in Manchester, was arrested on May 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a fentanyl possession charge.

Brian M. Kelley, 25, of Wright Road in Derry, was arrested on May 3, 3016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and second warrant for violation of probation on a forgery charge.

Carmelo Baez, 38, of Oxford Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on May 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-VOP on a second-degree assault charge and robbery.

Andrew G. Decoito, 25, of Main Street in Fremont, was arrested on May 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of witness tampering, operating while being a habitual offender, disobeying an officer, and second warrant for bail jumping.

William D. LaGrange III, 28, of English Range Road in Derry, was arrested on May 2, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a habitual offender charge, DUI-second offense, disobeying an officer, second warrant for failure to appear at a reckless conduct charge, third warrant for failure to appear on a operating while a habitual offender charge, fourth warrant for failure to appear on a possession of buprenorphine charge, operating while being a habitual offender, and disobeying an officer.

Brandon S. Rozier, 23, of Belknap Street in Hudson, was arrested on May 2, 2016, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge.

Sharon E. Ryan, 58, of Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested on May 2, 2016, on a bench warrant for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing-theft of services.
