Sheriffs: Mass. Residents Failed to Appear at Numerous Arraignments

The Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested the following people recently:

Brendon Mathew Belanger, 36, of McCarthy Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2015, on a judge’s order for failing to appear on possession of cocaine and habitual offender charges.

David John Rizzo, 40, of Weare Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Jan. 5, on a failure to appear on a forgery charge.

Neta Gomes Centio, 48, of Leonard Street in Brockton, MA, was arrested on Jan. 6, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge and a theft charge.

Pamela Edith Sprizza, 37, of Perry Brook Road in Chichester, was arrested on Jan. 6, for ofc cost cont. legal fees.

Justin Thomas Martin, 30, of Thompson Street on Concord, on Jan. 6, failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge.

Leandro Andres Pena, 27, of O’Callaghan Way in Boston, MA, was arrested on Jan. 6, for bail jumping and failing to appear on the FTA status conf. on a reckless conduct charge.

Michael Ryan Hills, 31, of U.S. Route 1 in York, ME, was arrested on Jan. 7, on def sentence on a marijuana sale charge.

Joseph Edward O’Hara, 27, of Jamacia Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Jan. 7, on a VOP on a burglary.

Ashley Marie LeBaron, 28, of Green Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested on Jan. 8, failure to appear at the arraignment of a forgery charge.

James Deangelo, 43, of Fern Road in North Hampton, was arrested on Jan. 8, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Bethany Lynne Menton, 28, of River Road in Gilford, was arrested on Jan. 9, for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

James Robert Kweedor Jr., 32, of Fairfield Road in Wilmington, MA, was arrested on Jan. 9, for a def sentence on a heroin possession charge.

Jason Eugene Wiles, 38, of Haverhill Street in Rowley, MA, was arrested on Jan. 9, for failing to appear at the arraignment of a sale of heroin charge.
