Soule, Leslie, Kidder, Sayward & Loughman Attorneys Remain Silent

Barbara Loughman, a partner in Soule, Leslie, Kidder, Sayward, and Loughman, is a most corrupt, unethical, and immoral attorney. She has repeatedly lied to the courts on behalf of her client, the Newmarket School District, and engaged in other crimes in her representation, including extortion.

Throughout Loughman’s many bad acts over the years in representing Newmarket, I kept her colleagues at her law firm apprised of her many misdeeds. Peter Bronstein, David Sayward, Michael Elwell, Gordon Graham, Peter Muir, and others were all presented with allegations and evidence of Loughman’s bad acts. Unfortunately, and to the detriment of the attorney profession, not one of these attorneys has ever reached out to me in response to my allegations.

Not being an attorney myself, I am unaware of the Code of Conduct a lawyer has in reporting bad acts committed by a law partner. What I do know is all attorneys in NH are officers of the court and have sworn an oath to do no falsehood.

Does remaining silent when one member of a law firm engages in falsehoods and other crimes rise to a violation of an attorney’s oath? I do not know the answer. I do know, however, it’s not an honorable thing to do.
