These awards were made possible by the generosity of the late Mr. Winfield L. Foote, a long-time resident of Stratham and a strong supporter of The Stratham Historical Society. To date, the Society has awarded approximately $60,000 to deserving students. Two or more $1,000 awards will be offered each year to qualified applicants who meet the criteria set forth by the Society.
Watch for announcements and/or check with guidance departments to obtain applications, which are available in February of each year for rising high school seniors.
