'Summer Institute' Explored at Exeter High
The program would not require additional money from taxpayers, school officials said.

School officials are exploring a "summer institute" at Exeter High School.
The program would offer five-week courses in subjects like oceanography, small engine repair, and/or SAT preparation. Students would have to pay tuition; school officials said the program would be self-funded and not require additional money from taxpayers.
"It's a nice opportunity," said Superintendent Michael Morgan.

The courses would be taught by current school district staff. The courses would be open to any student entering grades 9-12. Morgan said the courses could possibly be opened up to students in surrounding school districts like Epping.
