Swasey Central School principal Joan Ostrowski is retiring, Superintendent Michael Morgan announced this week.
Ostrowski will finish the current school year before she leaves. She has been in the school district for the last 12 years.
"She's done a nice job," Morgan told the Exeter Region Co-op School Board earlier this week. "She will be hard to replace."

Swasey Central School is located in Brentwood. Students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade attend. The school is located in the Exeter area school district.
Morgan said school officials have started advertising for a replacement for Ostrowski.
