Your Health and Well-Being by Practicing Tai Chi!
The
exercise incorporates stretching and turning into a sequence of slow, rhythmic
movements that improve the health of body, mind, and spirit. There are
108 movements in the Tai Chi set we practice, and it takes about three to four
months to learn the entire sequence. Taoist Tai Chi® internal arts
of health are a form of exercise that can be learned at any age and performed
throughout a lifetime. Two new weekly beginner classes are beginning in the
month of November. Classes are held at the Taoist Tai Chi Society®
studio at the Tuck Learning Campus, 30 Linden Street, in Exeter and last about
one hour.
