The Derryfield School Announces New Seacoast Bus Route for 2014-2015 School Year

MANCHESTER – The Derryfield School is pleased to announce that it has added a new bus route for the 2014-15 school year, serving the Seacoast region, with stops in Hampton, Exeter and Epping.

As a day school, Derryfield has long provided bus transportation for the commuting convenience of its students and their families.  Current bus routes include stops in Windham/Londonderry, Hollis/Nashua/Merrimack, Amherst/Bedford and Hopkinton/Concord.  A stop in Salem will be added to the Windham/Londonderry bus route in the fall as well.  Parents may choose to have their student ride either round-trip, or one way in the morning or afternoon.

In response to increasing inquiries from Seacoast families recently, the School decided in late 2013 to add the new route for the following school year.  Says Admission Director Kathleen Rutty-Fey, “We want to make a Derryfield education accessible for as many students as possible.  This new bus route is a great way to give Seacoast area students that access.”

For the 2014-2015 school year, Derryfield’s priority application deadline is January 31, with a rolling admission process thereafter.  Contact the school’s Admission Office for more information at 603.669.4524, ext. 6203, or visit the website at www.derryfield.org.
