Trial for Man Accused of Hit-and-Run at Exeter Bank

William Marini was charged with conduct after an accident.

A Kingston man is set to face a trial after he allegedly crashed into the Exeter Bank of America on Portsmouth Avenue and fled.

William Marini, 30, of 1 Kimberly Rd. in Kingston was charged with conduct after an accident.

Marini was driving his vehicle on June 1 when he struck the bank's drive-thru area and damaged its canopy, according to court papers.

Marini was indicted on the charge in Rockingham County Superior Court. An indictment means a jury determined a trial is warranted based on evidence in the case.
