Davis has an extensive criminal history dating back to 1978 and has been required to register as a sex offender since his 1987 conviction for felonious sexual assault on a child between ages 13 to 16. He was wanted on a Strafford County arrest warrant charging him with robbery. Davis was also wanted by the Rochester Police Department for failing to maintain his sex offender registration.

After watching an area of Main Street in East Rochester, Davis was seen leaving a house. As the task force made its approach, Davis retreated inside the residence, according to White. Investigators were able to access the house and arrest Mr. Davis without further incident. Davis was transported to the Strafford County Jail, where he is being held pending his initial court appearance on his two outstanding arrest warrants.

The second arrest by the Marshals Fugitive Task Force was Kean. Kean's criminal history dates back to 2000 and has been required to register as a sex offender since his conviction in 2008 for felonious sexual assault on a child between the ages of 13 to 16. He was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Rockingham County for failure to appear on a drug related offense that was issued on March 11. Kean was also wanted by the Farmington Police Department for failing to maintain his sex offender registration.

Investigators assigned to the task force began searching for Kean, shortly after the arrest of Davis. This search took investigators to several towns throughout Strafford County, eventually leading to Dover. It was after a brief period of surveillance that Kean was reportedly observed getting into a car and leaving a residence where he was reportedly working. This vehicle then stopped at a local convenience store, where the task force moved in and took Kean into custody without any issues. Kean was transported to the Rockingham County Jail, where he was processed and is being held pending his court appearances on his two outstanding arrest warrants.
