About 100 community members came out last night for the restaurant's food sustainability forum.
The event was organized by Blue Moon owner Kathy Gallant and nutritionist/health coach Tracey Miller.
Gary Hirshberg, who announced earlier this month he will step down as "CE-Yo" of New Hampshire-based Stonyfield yogurt, was the special guest.
